Where are the properties?
Our club has goose hunting opportunities near towns on the Front Range of Colorado such as Wellington, Severence, Ault, Eaton, Johnstown, Wiggins, and Gill to as far east as Merino and Atwood. Past years members can attest that our pits and water properties have had some of the most productive goose hunting northern Colorado has to offer. Our river property near Atwood can also hold an incredible amount of both Canadian and Snow Geese and our easternmost fields have produced specklebellies.
What sets this Goose Hunting Club apart from the others?
Our pits will all be lined and will be able to hold 6 – 8 people at a time. When everything is ready to go, we’ll have 10 pits as well as 4 ice properties for our members to hunt. Something that really sets us apart is that there will be spring snow goose opportunities in some of our easternmost properties. There is also a possibility that ice eaters will be installed on a few of our water properties.
I’m new to the sport. Can you help me?
Not quite yet outfitted for goose hunting? It can be quite a process to gather enough decoys to fill a field and get into the birds. We extend our outfitter pricing on Dakota decoys to our members and will frequently invite our members to join us in guide pits. You can get decoy set up and calling tips from a pro and be set up for your future hunts. In addition, many of our members, including our club management, enjoy having people join them to learn the ropes. The front range of Colorado has become a premier destination for goose hunting and the properties we’ve leased have been proven producers year after year.
If you’re strictly a goose or late season hunter, you may consider a late season membership. These packages begin with the dark goose opener and end with the conclusion of spring snow goose season.
