You can either drive up or fly into Regina and rent a car. When you get to our top tier waterfront lodge, you can get comfortable and enjoy the beautiful views out on the lake as well as the occasional aurora borealis sighting.
What time you decide to come up depends on what you’re targeting. September sees the best crane hunting, Canada, Specklebelly, and Snow Goose numbers build through the month and usually peak in October. Cranes are usually gone by October when larger numbers of snow geese begin arriving from the Arctic. Mallards and Pintails are the primary targets and are plentiful from early September through the end of the season. Hunting stops in mid-November as the weather can get pretty brutal and frozen potholes begin to send the migration south.
Guided Canada Waterfowl Hunt pricing:
Hunts will be run between Sept 1-Nov 15. Weather tends to get questionable in November and we want to offer our clients the best experience possible. Minimum group size is 2 and max is 8. We don’t mix groups so your group will have the entire lodge to yourselves.

All Inclusive Package ($3700 +PST & GST 11% total): This is our most popular package as you just show up, have a good meal, and get ready to go.

Standard Package ($2800 +PST & GST 11% total): This is for those who like to cook on their own and don’t mind bringing some equipment up.
This package includes:
- 5 hunts over 3 days

- Decoys and Equipment
- Expert Guides
50% non-refundable deposit due to hold your spot. Balance due when you arrive at the lodge
Check-in the afternoon/evening before your first mornings hunt. Check out after morning hunt on your 3rd day
Max group size is 8. No minimum group size
Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please inform us before you bring a dog so we can make arrangements
Youth hunters are FREE with full paid parent or guardian
